Moreover I have taked care of the commissioning of a brand new INFN laboratory in Torino. In fact, during 2020, I had to rearrenge the entire experimental set-up due to the moving in a brand-new INFN laboratory building. Since June 2021 I am at CERN for several activities. First of all I am taking care of the commissioning of the ALICE MID. Before June 2022, in which there will be the first proton-proton runs at 14 TeV, I have to validate the detectors in the new working mode (triggerless mode). I am performing efficiency and current scans both with cosmic runs (since June 2021-ongoing) and with the very first beams with the LHC pilot run (October 2021). I am also validating the new front-end electronics FEERIC, which allow us to operate at lower HV values and I am setting the threshold values per single local board (during Run-I and Run-II, with the old electronics, it was possible to set the threshold only per single RPC). I am also integrating the MID system in the ALICE system. Moreover I am carrying out the role of on-call expert for the MID, working in close cooperation with the system run coordinator in the ALICE control room. I have also taken part in three beam test periods at GIF++ at CERN, in July, September and October.
